In the course of the last week, the raw material supply has continued to recover. The increase compared to the previous week is 0.5% and compared with the previous year's volume this was exceeded by 0.7%. The milder temperatures in particular ensured that the delivery quantities stabilized. Cream is still at a high price level, but raw milk had to yield another 0.6 cents on the spot market...
Expert Opinion: 

Overall, the sub-markets are largely stable and prices are slightly more stable. Nevertheless, competition from abroad is also growing at the same time and, above all, cheaper offers and the euro exchange rate are currently making foreign trade more difficult.
