The milk delivery volumes were unable to recover and have declined again. On the one hand, this means that the processors have fewer goods available; on the other hand, the distance to the previous year's level increases. Last year around 2.6% more milk was produced. The scarce availability in the submarkets was also reflected in the prices. Cream prices in particular continued to rise. But...

Expert Opinion: 

On the milk market, the firmer tendencies have again prevailed. As long as the delivery quantities remain low, this will probably only change if demand drops. The trade was brisk and, especially on the butter market, market participants expect further impulses in the coming weeks.
