The contract size for pigs is 40,000 pounds (~ 18 tons) and the tick size at $ 0.00025 per pound ($ 10.00 per contract). The contract months are February, April, May, June, July, August, October and December. The last trading day is the 10th business day of each delivery month at 12:00. The daily price limit is $ 0.03 per pound above or below the settlement price on the previous day (Does not apply to the last two trading days). The electronic trading hours begin Monday at 09:05 to Friday 13:55 by Central American time (Central Time). Between 16:00 and 17:00 is not traded. More information can be found here.
