Ernährungsdienst (05.12.07) - Die Kartoffelernte in der gesamten EU ist mit etwa 44,2 Mio. t zwar reichlich; Dennoch sind nicht unbedingt große Überschüsse zu erwarten. In etlichen Regionen gibt es in diesem Jahr erhebliche Lager- beziehungsweise Qualitätsprobleme. Häufig ist bei der Aufbereitung die Absortierung deutlich größer als nach früheren Ernten.
