Kartoffeln: Nachfrage weiter ruhig

LWK Niederösterreich (25.02.08) - In Deutschland bleibt die Nachfrage weiter ruhig. Das Angebot deckt den Bedarf. In Diskussionen über eventuell sinkende Preise verhalten sich Handel und Genossenschaft diszipliniert und argumentieren im Sinne der Erzeuger, dass dadurch der Absatz nicht gefördert werden kann. Auch im Hinblick auf den geplanten Kartoffelanbau im Frühjahr wären stabile Preise förderlich, da sonst viele Landwirte die Flächen einschränken würden.
