Schweinefleisch bleibt vorerst preiswert - Trotz gestiegener Futterkosten

Handelsblatt / ire (02.11.07) - Eigentlich müssten nach den diesjährigen Ernteausfällen beim Weizen auch die Preise für Schlachtschweine langsam anziehen, denn Schweinefutter besteht zu mehr als der Hälfte aus teurem Getreide. Doch auch in der letzten Oktoberwoche waren die Preise weiter rückläufig.

Ausschlaggebend war das immer noch reichliche Schweineangebot. Dem standen auf der anderen Seite stockende Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten für Schweinefleisch gegenüber.
