Schweine: Steigende oder fallende Schlachtgewichte ?

Hier im Forum und bei ISN wird von 600 g gestiegenen Gewichten gesprochen und bei Top Agrar Börsenbarometer von fallenden Gewichten.
Seit Jahresbeginn sind die S - Gewichte um 1,0 kg gefallen!! ( Top Agrar )

Somit kann jede Meldung in eine fallende oder steigende Tendenz interprediert werden!

Vielleicht kann uns jemand aus der Schlachtbranche aufklären.

Originaldaten eines mir bekannten größeren Schlachthofes:

In der 16. Woche lagen die Schlachtgewichte bei 96,21 Kg., gegenüber der Vorwoche eine Steigerung von 0,10 kg.

In der lfd. Woche derzeit 96,10 kg. Durchschnitt im Jahr 09 bisher 96,45 kg.
