The CONAB data from Brazil has been published. The data shows that the production estimate for 2025 has been increased by 2.5 million tons to 122.01 million tons. At the same time, Brazilian analysts are slightly more pessimistic compared to the USDA estimate of 126 million tons. The second harvest was increased by 1.4 million tons to 94.63 million tons due to a larger cultivation area, while the first harvest rose by 1.04 million tons to 22.53 million tons.
