After starting the week on a lower note Monday, grains finished higher Tuesday, led by wheat and concerns of flooding after Monday’s storm. Flooding concerns in southern Brazil and northern Argentina also helped soybeans close higher, lessening the jolt of Monday’s more bearish forecast.
