French grain-handling infrastructure struggling again

French silo operator Socomac closed its Rouen silos to all new grain deliveries, due to swollen inventories.

Socomac, which is part of French grain giant Soufflet, is the latest silo operator to close in France, as weak exports leave a backlog of grains.
