LK Rostock: BUND obtains construction freeze for chicken barn

A planned chicken fattening plant in Wattmannshagen (district of Rostock) may not be built for the time being. The Schwerin Administrative Court has stopped the construction of the fattening farm for up to 200,000 animals. The judges have thus filed a lawsuit by the environmental organization BUND, the planning permission has been lifted.
