Wiesenhof withdraws suit against sausage cartel penalty

Because of a so-called "sausage cartel" three years ago, the Federal Cartel Office had ordered a total of 22 sausage producers to pay a total of € 338 million. Wiesenhof, Rügenwalder, Wiltmann and Heidemark filed objections. The appeal procedure has now begun before the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
