Brexit negotiations are entering a decisive phase

EU Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier had given the British side an ultimatum until 4 December as a deadline. But the Monday summit also failed to produce conclusive results in the contentious issues of civil rights, the Irish question and the billions in Brussels.
