The value for milk with 4.0% fat and 3.4% protein is 45.49 cents/kg raw milk free on ramp this week.

The ife raw material value milk Europe ex farm is shown separately, as it is a direct comparison to the milk farm-gate price, which is also paid ex farm. The ex-farm raw material value is calculated from the free ramp raw material value less collection and ancillary costs of 1.4 cents per kg of raw milk.
