Institutional investors kept their holdings of net short positions at the same level. The French analyst FranceAgriMer unchanged left its forecast of the French Weichweizenendbestände to the end of the marketing season 2014/15 to 3.6 million tons. That would be an increase of closing stock by 53% in the marketing year 2013/14. The European Union granted export licenses for 477.000 tons of wheat this week. In the current marketing year amounted to exports for wheat to total 28,439 million tonnes (previous year comparison value: 25,665 million tonnes).
