In view of further shrinking margins in the meat business, there is currently no trend reversal in the question of slaughtering capacities. Hopes rest on the holidays. Although two slaughter days are missing due to Ascension Day and Whit Monday and ensure a potentially increasing range of livestock, the hope from impulses from the barbecue business remains.
