Above average good canola yields in Canada

Canadian farmers will bring slightly higher crop and canola yields this year, though it was too dry in some regions. These are the findings of a recent crop tour.
The soil moisture varies greatly in the prairies, so that also very different yields are determined. From very good to weak earnings is the speech, but a crop failure has nowhere been determined.
The wheat yields average yields of 54.4 bushels per acre (bpa), compared to 53.8 bpa in the previous year. Even the 5-year average is exceeded.
However, summer wheat in the US state of North Dakota missed the 5-year average. But it is much better than last year.
The Canadian canola yields averaged 41.9 bpa (PY: 41.1 bpa).
The tour results will trigger a change of mood in Canada: from "bullish" to "cautious Optimistic" so some participants. Now, the market is largely dependent on how much Canola China will buy.
Futures traders rate the results "bearish".
Statistic Canada, Canada's statistics bureau, Canola's largest producer and exporter - also called rape in this country - will announce its first crop estimate in August.
