In Argentina, some experts expect a downward correction for wheat production in the coming 22/23 season. Instead of the initially forecast quantity of 16.5 million tons, only 16 million tons are still expected. The reason for the correction is the long-lasting dry phase in the important growing areas. In addition, the temperature is unfavorable for cultivation. Since 2015, the result of the harvest has not been so bad.
