Chicago Wheat Futures prices rise for the third year in a row this morning as global supply shortages support the market.
Soybeans are losing ground as the harvest prospects in South America brighten, increasing the chance of better deals around the world.
"There are quality issues with Australian wheat and supplies in the Black Sea region are scarce," said a Singapore-based trader. "Suppliers want to sell Argentine wheat to the Middle East and Asia."
