Brazil could increase its next soybean harvest by 5.3%

Rabobank estimates that soybean acreage in Brazil will grow 3% this year to 38 million hectares. The harvest could then reach a new record of 127.3 million tons, the bank said in a press release yesterday.
In mid-September, farmers in Brazil start sowing soybeans. As yields continue to increase, the harvest could then be 5.3% higher than in the previous year.
