An employee at the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture estimates the next corn harvest up to 84 million tons. The last harvest was 68.5 million tons, however, rather small. It is in the Ministry of a larger acreage and higher yields than this year.
The USDA has prized the next maize harvest in Brazil to 80 million tons. The largest corn crop in Brazil in 2014/15 and was 85 million tonnes.
