The Canadian canola crop is estimated by specialists to 18.1 million tonnes. The harvest in 2015 was 17.2 million tonnes and the second largest ever.
The local barley harvest comes to an estimated 8.6 million tons (py: 8.23 million tons) and oats to 3.2 million tonnes (VJ.: 3.43 million tons.)
