The courses of the CBoT Maisfutures fall to the lowest level for 14 days, after the USDA better evaluated the crops in the Midwest of the United States, as it was expected by the market. It predicted more rains and the heat still no harm was inflicted the plants.
The USDA reviewed the progress of growth with 75% "good to excellent" - just like in the previous week. After a week with extreme heat, analysts had expected a worse rating.
