The CBoT Maisfutures prices fell yesterday to its lowest level since October 2014. The rates are 5.2% fell in the last two days. This morning, it comes to a technical counter-reaction with slight rises.
The mood in the market is downward due to the excellent crop ratings in the Midwest of the United States. It looks like a large and early harvest, what maintains the pressure on the market. For the time being, more rains are announced which reduces the fear of a destructive heat in the coming days. In the predictions, the temperature forecasts are also not more quite as high as before.
