CBoT wheat with 5% weekly loss - Egypt cancels wheat tenders

This week, the CBoT wheat futures have suffered such sharp price losses as they have not seen since the end of February. The corona crisis is weakening the economy around the world.
The demand for ethanol has collapsed and many factories that process corn into ethanol have already closed. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of workers are unemployed, particularly in poorer countries.
The most traded wheat contract at CBoT has lost 4% so far this week. It is the first weekly loss since the beginning of March. Courses can improve 1% this morning.
Egypt's state grain purchaser GASC yesterday canceled a tender to purchase an undefined amount of wheat shortly after announcing its intention to buy.
