CBoT wheat courses: strongest weekly loss in 2 years

For five trading days, wheat prices have been falling on the CBoT. This will probably end a trading week today, which, contrary to all expectations, has seen the sharpest price decline for 2 years.
The USDA reports wheat exports of 239,800 tonnes for the week ending August 16. That was a 6-week low and significantly less than expected by the market.
The current "Pro Farmer Midwest Crop Tour" has seen above-average corn yields in the states of Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska and South Dakota.
The IGC then raised world corn production for 2018/19 by 12 million tonnes to 1.064 billion tonnes.
