The courses of the CBoT Weizenfutures are also this morning, as already since four weeks under pressure and stay close to their six-year low. Yesterday the USDA estimated the sowing area U.S. wheat on the expectations of market participants. This week, wheat prices on the CBoT already eased by 5%. With currently 442 USD/bushel, the Exchange quoted the wheat now as deep as in June 2010.
Yesterday, the wheat acreage in the United States was estimated by the USDA with 50,816 million acres, the analysts went out in advance by 49,869 million acres. In March, the USDA forecast was for on 49,559 million acres.
