Cereals from Ukraine: Drastic decline in exports in CW 46

In the week from 10 to 16.11. Crude grain exports from Ukranine's Black Sea ports dropped to 665,000 tonnes from 1.4 million tonnes a week earlier. This has just been announced by the consulting firm APK-Inform. Lower wheat and barley exports are the main cause.
Wheat shipments even fell by 77% to 153,000 tonnes, while barley exports fell 88% from the previous week. Corn exports fell 14% to 491,000 tonnes.
Most of the grain exports went to Spain and Italy.
In October, grain exports increased by 63% to 3.5 million tonnes compared to September exports of 2.2 million tonnes.
Ukraine harvested 68 million tons of grain this year and can export 47 million tons in the 2018/19 season. By 14 November, 15.5 million tonnes were exported, of which 8.4 million tonnes were wheat and 3.8 million tonnes were corn.
