In July, China imported only 29,000 tons of maize. 97% were less than in July 2015. The soybean imports in July amounted to 7,758 million tonnes (18% compared with July in the previous year. 5,978 million tonnes from Brazil and 1,621 million tons from Argentina.)
China's soybean oil imports amounted to 98,000 tons, 55% in July less than in the previous year. The palm oil imports amounted to 333,000 tonnes in July and 54% were less than in July 2015.
