At auctions from China's State grain reserves, the buyer showed least interest. The last auction of maize 650,000 tons of the crop sold in 2013 USD/ton to an average price 243. In the last nine days, China sold 2.22 million tons of corn, and since the beginning of may, there were even 15.5 million tonnes.
Also, also 97,000 tonnes were sold soybeans from State Chinese stocks at a price of 497 USD/tonne. 1.14 million tons of Government silos on the domestic market have been given since mid-July.
Experts believe: the release of such a large amount in the Chinese market is probably pretty sure on importing maize into the future negatively.
