Has China, the world's largest buyer of soybeans, in may according to the information of the General Administration of customs of China imported 7.66 million tons of soybeans. This is an increase of 8.3% for the month of April, while 7.07 million tons of soybeans have been imported.
The import of edible oils in may amounted to 280,000 tons (minus 30% compared to the previous month of April).
