Institutional investors reduced their holdings of CBoT soybeans long positions by 2,611 lots during the week from Dec 26 to Jan 2, 18. At the same time they increased the holdings of short positions by 13,804 lots. The majority of institutional investors increased their net long positions by 16,415 lots to 85,506 contracts.
