The index for EEX processing potatoes is now decreasing by 10 cents to € 5.5 / dt.
The quotation commissions of the four reports are hardly reporting any changes. Except for the Dutch listing, all prices remained the same for the week.
In the Netherlands, the cash price for processing raw materials has fallen by 12 cents / dt. Thus, the index at exactly 5.535 € / dt which rounded to 5.5 € / dt leads.
In the coming week, the June -18-date ends its trading and the then determined index is used to settle the remaining open stock market positions.
