Two weeks before the June 18 date for processed potatoes has its last trading day, the index is falling to € 5.6 / dt today.
In principle, there was only one major change in the country quotations. The German dealers reported a price decline of 54 cents / dt. This means that cash market prices for processing raw materials in Germany are again lower than those in the Netherlands, where today's prices were 6.81 € / dt.
The news from Belgium and France remained unchanged last week at 4.55 and 4.30 € / dt.
The forward market still has 1,528 contracts to settle in the June 18 maturity. At the moment, the stock exchange is trading at € 5.7 / dt.
The April 19 date is today in a range of 16.4 to 16.8 € / dt.
