The index for processing potatoes of EEX rose today 1.6 €/ dt compared with the previous week to 5.6 €/ dt. The index of next week is decisive for the settlement of the June 15 contract. This stock currently on 6.4 €/ dt, so 80 cents higher. Market participants assume, that there will be increasing prices in Belgium, Holland, France and Germany.
