The price prospects for processing potatoes continue to be positive. PotatoNL increased the price today by an average of 2.88 euros/dt. At peak times, up to 25 euros/t are paid for Cat 1 potatoes. Firmer trading is also evident on the EEX today. April potatoes were traded at a peak of up to 23.60 euros/dt, in June there was interest in buying and selling up to 25.9 euros/dt.
