Egypt's supply Minister Khaled Hanafi yesterday compared to the press, announced that it acquired already five million tons of wheat since mid-April from local suppliers. The Minister leads back the success in obtaining wheat from local production on the new "smart card" system, with the subsidized bread to the population is distributed.
