Egypt GASC bought 2.1 million ton wheat on the local market so far

During the current harvest season in Egypt 2.1 million tons of wheat were obtained from national buyers GASC so far by the local farmers for the State reserve. It is planned in 2016 to buy 4 million tons of wheat from the local market. Egypt is the largest wheat importer in the world.
