Egypt has launched a tender for the purchase of wheat last night. Soft wheat or milling wheat of a not specifically named set for the delivery period of 15 to 25 December from the known regions of the surplus will be searched. The offers should be submitted by midday Cairo local time today with separately designated freight. The result of the tender is expected today in the late afternoon. Most recently, Egypt bought 240,000 tons of wheat of Russian and Romanian origin at an average price of $189,48 per tonne on November 8 FOB. Delivery: 10-20 December.
