EU Commission lowers forecast of EU wheat production

The European Commission reduced its usable soft wheat production forecast today, Tuesday in the European Union 2016 to 142 million tons. The forecast was still 144.5 million tonnes in the previous month.

Barley production: 62.4 million tonnes (previous month: 62.1 million tonnes)
Corn production: 65.2 million tonnes (previous month. 65.5 million tonnes)
Rape seed production: 19.4 million tonnes (previous month: 20.5 million tonnes)
