EU has already exported over 30 million tons of wheat

The European Union exported 30.26 million tons of wheat in the current 2019/20 season (July 1 to June 30) to May 17, official data from the EU Commission show. This is an increase of 64% compared to the previous year. Barley exports, at 6.64 million tons, were 65% higher than in the previous year, while corn imports (18.11 million tons) fell by 15%.
