EU has already exported over 30 million tons of wheat

The European Union exported 30.74 million tons of wheat in the current 2019/20 season (1 July to 30 June) to 24 May, according to official data from the EU Commission. This is an increase of 63% compared to the previous year. Barley exports, at 6.7 million tons, were 64% higher than the previous year, while corn imports (18.36 million tons) fell by 16%.
