The European Union gave corn this week import licenses for 206.000 tons of maize and export licenses for 66,000 tons. In the current marketing year amounted to the imports of maize on a total of 7,349 million tonnes (comparison period previous year: 11,347 million tonnes) and exports to a total of 2,581 million tonnes (comparison period last year: 2,346 million tonnes).
