The European Union gave corn this week import licenses for 193,000 tons of maize and export licenses for 151,000 tonnes. In the current marketing year amounted to the imports of maize on a total 8,386 million metric tons (same period last year: 13,302 million tonnes) and exports to total 3.22 million tonnes (comparison period last year: 2,477 million metric tons).
