EU import and export licenses for corn

Import licences issued the European Commission in maize in the week up to the 23.08.16 for 20,000 tons. With a total of 1.156.000 tonnes, maize import licenses are slightly over the result of the previous year at the same time (1.264.000 tons) in the current marketing year. The licences issued for corn exports amounted to 32,000 tons and amount in the current marketing year, on a total of 197,000 tonnes.
