EU soft wheat exports 66% above previous year

EU soft wheat exports in the current 2019/20 marketing year reached a volume of 12.8 million tons as of 15 December, compared to 7.7 million tons at the same time last year, the EU Commission reported today. At 3.7 million tons, barley exports are 50% up on the previous year. Corn imports are up 4% on the previous year at 9.7 million tons.
