Export prices for wheat from Ukraine from the 2020 harvest rose. They are supported by the fear of yield restrictions in the Black Sea region and in Europe.
Consulting firm APK-Inform announced yesterday that new crop wheat with 12.5% protein increased $ 6 / tonne last week. For delivery in July-August, 197-201 USD / ton fob Black Sea port is now required.
Forage wheat is required to be 185-188 USD / ton, which is 5-6 USD more than before.
The prices for wheat from the old harvest tend to fall and for new wheat they rise, according to APK in a market comment.
Yesterday, meteorologists in Ukraine said that the latest rains in the past few days had improved the condition of the field. Most of the grain areas are in good to satisfactory condition.
