Feed prices develop weaker

Because of the falling prices for wheat, corn and rapeseed as well as weaker soybean meal prices, animal feed prices have fallen significantly since their high in May. With a few exceptions, prices were also able to decline this week. Given the recent and significant pullback in prices, expect prices to continue to pull back over the next few days. However, the logistical challenges and, in some cases, the reluctance of farmers to sell wheat and rapeseed are problematic for the feed mixers.
