Feed wheat: Competition from the Black Sea region

This week, exporters from Australia could sell 100,000 tons of feed wheat to customers in Southeast Asia. Thailand paid 213 USD/ton c & f for February delivery. The Philippines pay 203 USD/c & f.
The spread of comparable quality from Australia and the Ukraine dropped in the last few days but very strong. The price difference was still 30 USD/tonne, last month there were only 10 USD/tonne this week.
