Flexible export Customs: Russia's exports shrink to a few million tonnes

According to the President of the Russian trade in grain Union Arkady Zlochevsky, Russia will reap maximum 55 million tons of wheat this year; 5 million tonnes less than in the previous year. This forecast matches largely the Moscow SovEcon consultancy, which yesterday estimated the 2015 wheat harvest with 54 million tonnes.
Zlochevsky expects that the planned from the 1.Juli flexible tariffs for wheat, the export will be limited. Russian wheat exports will come according to estimates of the Association on 21 million tons this marketing year, in the coming season, it will be then probably only have 15-17 million tons. Also SocEcon estimates that the export Customs exports will cost "several million tons".
